In answer to a number of queries, I'm currently working on a novel called Far Cry which features Will Grayson and Helen Walker, the two Cambridgeshire police officers who were in Gone to Ground With good luck and a following wind, I should have a good [?] first draft finished before the end of the year and publication is set for next June.

The most recent book, Cold in Hand - the first novel to strongly feature Charlie Resnick in 10 years - was published in the UK by William Heinemann on January 31st, and in the States by Harcourt this September.

Meanwhile, Bloody Brits Press have now brought all first ten Resnick novels back into print in the US, the final book Last Rites , being published to coincide with this year's Bouchercon Crime Convention which was held this October in Baltimore and at which I was honoured, as it were, to be International Guest of Honour.
